Stefan has over 18 years of experience in entrepreneurship, consulting and advisory. Stefan is the Vice President, Advisory for Zonda Urban (formerly Urban Analytics) leading advisory services across British Columbia and Alberta from market research to project feasibility to design details and product delivery. Prior to Zonda Urban, Stefan was the Managing Director for Plan X Ventures Inc, specializing in parking optimization, unit layouts and project coordination.
WYFINNBEAR was born with a vision to create legacy projects for my three children; Wyatt, Finnley and Barrett in locations that mean the world to my wife and I. Recreate in your happy place, always be exploring, and make lifelong memories.
